- Contact form: name, email, subject, message — to respond to your request.
- Purchase via Whop: email + billing data managed by Whop. PokClock receives the email to deliver the license.
- License activation: anonymized Hardware ID (CRC32 of MachineName + UserName + OS) — to tie the license to the PC.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to contact requests (legitimate interest + consent)
- Execution of the sales contract and license delivery (contractual performance)
- Legal compliance (invoicing, warranties)
4. Retention period
- Contact requests: 12 months after the last interaction.
- Licenses and invoices: 10 years (legal accounting obligation).

- Whop Inc. (USA) — payment processing and license delivery
- Resend (USA) — sending transactional emails (contact form)
- OVH (France) — site hosting
Transfers to the United States are framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent framework.
