For poker clubs and associations

The software built for your club nights.

You run 2 to 4 tournaments per month for 30 to 80 players. You want a modern tool, in your language, that saves 2 hours per night and holds up in front of your players.

Your reality today

Excel for the registration list, The Tournament Director (English and dated) for the timer, a Bluetooth speaker for the announcements. It works, but it's tedious. You spend more time on logistics than with your players.

What PokClock changes for you

All-in-one, designed for recurring nights.

Native federation field

License field built into the player record, exports compatible with your federation reporting.

Central player directory

Your recurring players logged once, found in one click. CSV import with duplicate detection, blacklist with reason and end date.

Tournament templates

Save your recurring formats (Thursday Freezeout, Sunday PKO). Launch them in 2 clicks instead of reconfiguring everything.

Automatic balancing

Detailed plan after every KO: "Player X, table 3 seat 4 to table 1 seat 6". A single APPLY button to execute it all.

3-period leaderboard

Season, rolling 12 months and all-time at the same time. Customizable scoring formula for your championship.

PDF & Excel exports

Official payment sheet for the board, printable leaderboard. Automatic email delivery (SMTP Gmail, Outlook or custom server).

Discord webhook (and Slack, Teams)

Connect your club's Discord channel: PokClock automatically pushes upcoming tournament announcements, start, final table, podium. Your players get the notification, no more Sunday-night post written by hand.

AI Coach for your structures

The blinds editor ships an AI coach that analyzes your structure: estimated duration, suggested paid spots, warnings on abrupt jumps or killing-flow risk. You gain a tour TD's eye.

Player self-service registration

Your players register themselves from their phone via the /register/ PWA. You validate in one click on the TD side. You save the usual 30 minutes spent typing arrivals at 7:45pm, your players don't queue at the door.

Public web leaderboard

A /leaderboard/ page you share on the club's Discord, on the lobby screen, or as a link in your communications. Your players check their standings (season, rolling 12 months, all-time) with nothing to install.

The app in real-world use

Three key screens you'll use on every club night.

Player card with Hendon Mob integration

First name, last name, email, alias, federation license, date of birth, TD's private notes. Bonus: import the Hendon Mob track record in one click.

Elimination dialog

Auto-detected format (freezeout, PKO, Mystery, Fixed). Filtered list of players still seated, knockout source limited to the same table. One-click validation.

Automatic balancing plan

After every KO, PokClock spells out the moves: "Pierre, table 3 seat 4 to table 1 seat 6". One APPLY button does the rest.

Live PKO tracker for your night

The bounty table updates on every KO: bounty absorbed, current bounty, cash earned per player. On the right, the 50/50 calculator simulates an elimination before validation. No more math on a napkin.
