PokClock runs 100% offline by default on the tournament director's PC. My club adds, if you decide to, a web presence: a public club page, online registrations, a season leaderboard, and a personal area for every player. You turn it on, you turn it off, whenever you want.

What you need to use My club
My club is your club's online presence: it is part of the cloud subscription, available from the Club plan. Technically, access also requires a club admin role.
A Club or Casino plan + cloud subscription
The web presence (public club page, online sign-ups, season leaderboard) is part of the cloud subscription, available from the Club plan. 1st year included.
A club + admin role
Your license must be attached to a club and promoted to administrator. While it is a plain member, the My club entry doesn't appear.
An internet connection
My club is the online part. The rest of PokClock keeps running 100% offline.
Explicit activation
Even as an admin, nothing is public until you tick “Online registrations enabled”.

The My club screen (visible as soon as your license is an admin) gathers the whole cloud part.

Fully opt-in
Nothing is published until you activate it. You can turn everything off at any time: your club goes invisible again.
Emails never shared
To link a player to their account, PokClock sends a SHA-256 hash (irreversible fingerprint) of the email, never the email itself.
Right to erasure
Every player has a “Delete my account” button in their area.
Isolation
An admin sees only their club. No leak between clubs.
Traceability
The AUDIT tab records structure changes, attributed to the member concerned.

Is My club included in my plan?+
My club is your club's online presence: it is part of the cloud subscription, available from the Club plan (1st year included). Technically, access also requires a club admin role. The cloud offering is rolling out: contact us for terms and launch.
Do my players need to install anything?+
No. They use pokclock.com/en/players from any browser or phone, no password.
If I cut the internet, do I lose everything?+
No. The core of PokClock (clock, blinds, tables, eliminations…) runs 100% offline. Only the My club part needs a connection.
Do you see my players' emails?+
No. Only an irreversible hash is sent to match accounts.
