Last updated : 2026-05-04

1. Seller identification

Seller: Cédric Leblond, sole proprietor. Contact details in the Legal notice.

2. Products

PokClock is a proprietary Windows desktop software for poker tournament management. Three plans are offered (Solo, Club, Pro), each defined by a player limit, a number of PC licenses and an included update duration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (VAT according to the Customer's country). Payment is handled by our partner Whop (https://whop.com), which secures transactions. No banking data is retained by PokClock.

4. Software delivery

Delivery is entirely digital: after payment, the Customer receives by email an immediate download link (.exe) and a license key tied to their PC's Hardware ID. No physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Per article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content executed after the Customer's express consent and explicit waiver of withdrawal right. The Customer gives this consent by activating the license. PokClock nevertheless offers a free 5-day trial before purchase so the Customer can evaluate the software.

6. License

The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the PokClock software. The license is tied to the declared PC's Hardware ID. The Pro plan authorizes 3 PCs.

7. Updates

Solo includes 1 year of updates, Club 2 years, Pro lifetime. Updates are silent and automatic outside tournament sessions.

8. Warranties

The Seller commits to fixing critical bugs within reasonable timeframes. The software is provided « as is » beyond statutory warranties (hidden defects and conformity). In case of major malfunction preventing use and unresolved within 30 days, a full refund may be requested.

9. Personal data

Data processing is governed by the Privacy policy. PokClock runs 100% offline: no player data is sent to PokClock or any third party (except the Google Drive backup option, explicitly activated by the Customer).

10. Disputes

This contract is governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to a consumer mediator (https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso) before any judicial action. Failing an amicable agreement, French courts have jurisdiction.
