Each club has its card: club name, your ranking, the active season and the next 3 tournaments. Sorted by recent activity.
Real-time ranking
Overall position in the club and position scoped to the active season. Cumulative points, tournaments played, everything is up to date.
One-click registration
You see an upcoming tournament in the widget, you click Register, you confirm. That's it. The organizer validates with one click on their side.
Automatic membership
If your club manages its regular players in its PokClock app, your cloud account auto-links to those clubs the moment you sign in. Zero manual steps.
You join with zero effort
If the club admin has pushed their roster to the cloud, your pending membership appears on your first sign-in. The admin approves it in one click.
GDPR-friendly
Your email is never sent to the club through the app. The matching uses an irreversible SHA-256 hash. Hash against hash, that's it.
Admin validation required
Auto-link doesn't make you a member on its own. It creates a pending request. The club admin decides whether to approve it.
Per-season rankings
Clubs structure their year into seasons. You track your progression on each period without confusion with previous results.
Season-scoped leaderboard
If your club launched a Spring 2026 season, you see your ranking only on tournaments from that period.
Compare your seasons
Past seasons are archived and remain viewable. You track your progression year over year.
Public or members-only tournaments
Each club decides which tournaments are open to everyone and which stay restricted to members. The label is clearly shown on each tournament page.
Open to everyone
Anyone can sign up with their email. No membership needed. Ideal for public open events.
Members-only tournaments
Some tournaments (closed championship, season final) are reserved for active club members. You need an approved membership to register.
Google Calendar sync
Enable sync in your dashboard. Each confirmed registration creates an event in your Google calendar. If you cancel, the event disappears automatically.
Connect in one click
Connect Google Calendar button in your dashboard. You authorize once, and confirmed registrations land in your calendar.
Cancellations propagate
You cancel a registration from your dashboard or via the email link? The Calendar event is automatically removed.
Your data belongs to you
