Before subscribing to Pro Care
Can I get Pro Care without the Pro plan?+
No. Pro Care is an add-on service reserved for customers who already own the Pro plan (€299 one-time). Buy Pro first, then activate Pro Care if you need it.
Can I switch between Essential and Premium?+
Yes, anytime. The switch is prorated on the current month.
If I cancel, what happens?+
Your Pro Care stops at the end of the paid period. You keep the Pro plan and its software for life. You can reactivate Pro Care later without penalty.
How does the 5h Premium custom dev work?+
You open a ticket with your need (e.g. add an accounting export in format X). We scope it together. If it fits in 5h we do it; otherwise we bill the delta at €80/h or split it across the following year.
Monthly or yearly, what's the difference?+
Yearly equals 2 months free (€490/yr vs €588 monthly equivalent for Essential, €1,500/yr vs €1,800 for Premium). Monthly is no-commitment, yearly is paid upfront and unlocks the discount.
How does the ticket system work?+
During the MVP phase, tickets go through a dedicated form linked to your Pro Care subscriber email. Once volume justifies it, we'll migrate to a dedicated tool (Plain or equivalent) with a full ticket dashboard.
